PMS (Physical, Mental, and Spiritual) Strength

With little thought and lots of passion, I have decided to address the type of PMS that fills you with inner peace!  That glow that no make-up artist can give you if they tried! This one’s on you, Boo! Let’s face it, if you don’t have PMS, you are a mess and inside and out.  You wear it like a mask! It’s easy to detect and not fun to do without.  As I CWNM I stop and think (my oh my!), my Peach summed it up best, “I am a bit frazzled ….. AND ITS OK!” BREATHE……..

Now let me clear this up… It’s ok to be a bit confused at times but you must regain control (Try not to lose control in the first place for that matter! But, you’re only human so, I get it).  Sometimes we have to take life by its handle bars and step on the breaks, re-address the speed AND then the direction of the course . BABY………that alone shows what PMS is all about. Physical, Mental and Spiritual strength. This terrific trio, Belles, leads to that inner peace. It shows maturity, growth, and a sense of faith. This inner peace will allow you to see yourself in the most positive light (I’m a make-up artist so you know I’m ALL about lighting 🙂 ). Be good to YOU, work on YOU, and the whole time love YOU! As Danni would say (and I second the notion dammit),   “Its OK to be selfish!”.  Ladybugs, focus on you. When your berries are ripe, you will be fruitful!

How do you gain control when you’re feeling a bit like neon orange silly string?!?! Nooooowwwww ( … my Peach n my Pie)

1. Address YOU…and your relationship with yourself. Consider largly your relationship with your Creator and know that ultimately you’re not in control and relinquish all wishes to control! Breathe in, now out! If you have been dealt the hand, play it!

2. Just go with the flow! When relinquishing control, I’m not exactly saying anything goes (that’s just careless). What I am saying is, have a blueprint, a road map, SOMETHING! Know where you would like to go. Rome was not built-in a day, true, but buildings are NOT built without a blueprint. We know nothing is promised but, if you lose your way AND you have a plan, you can at least get back on track!

3. Address your company. Who are you entertaining and who is entertaining you? Everyone who is in your life is in your life for a season. Some seasons are longer than others, some have smooth transitions, and some DON’T.  We all know April showers bring May flowers, but what about August and September? That is hurricane season! Harsh but true! It may be time for some people to bow out of your life…its up to you to make it graceful.

4. Last but not least…turn that attitude into gratitude! Be thankful for your health, your family, and friends. Be thankful for the air you breathe, the shoes on your feet, the job you hate have and what you have done to get where you are today.  Give thanks! Say THANK YOU often and smile!

See Belles, PMS is not so bad if you look at it as the Physical, Mental and Spiritual strength that leads to the inner peace we all desire!

With love from love,
